About Burns :
* Burns can be of two types Domestic Burns and Industrial Burns.
* Burns can be due to sucidal attempts, accidents and attempts to burns can be by physical factors: Chemicals, Radiations and Electrical factor include Thermal Burns, which can be caused due to hot flames, hot surfaces or other contents of high heat.
1) First, stop the burning.
2) Remove the victime from the source of burning.
3) Try to cool the burns by cold water.
4) Cover the burns by sterile or clean sheet.
5) Take him to the nearest Medical Facility.
Note : Do not apply oils, sprays or ointments to a serious burn. |
